"The hotel needs some upgrade to the bathrooms and painting in the rooms"

"Definitely great service the food and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice and comfortable. Move service came, especially on time and if I had a problem, I could talk to the front desk manager who was a polite and delightful person to meet and understand and talk to snack snacks and microwave was good. Tea was good. Everything about my experience was amazing."

"Great location, room and amenities. Very good breakfast included, and having a large room with so many amenities has been great for the price."

"We usually stay here the night before a flight and always a good experience!"

"Nice clean room and the staff was very friendly. It was a short drive away from everything fun so the distance wasn't much an issue either. Only downside I have about this place was the parking. There would be some nights I would come in and the parking would be completely filled. But besides that, the property is great, everything was nice and clean, and the community was very quiet as well. I would love to come back here if I ever made a trip back to New Orleans. Thank you for the great stay!"

"Most of my 4 night stay was great. The best parts: Covered, safe parking, hot water immediately when I turned on the bathroom sink (opn the 6th floor), quiet halls, hot breakfast with many options, friendly desk clerks (thanks Sam!). If I want to be nitpickey I would mention that my plastic wrapped soap was impossible to open and both times I needed glasses or scissors to get the soap out! Crazy. When you are showering that is not a good thing....anyway, certainly not the end of the world but...

"The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

"Dewanda was amazing! Super nice gave us the best attention during breakfast. Parking included, good breakfast and very clean."

"Great customer service"

"Nice stay"

"Room was clean. Staff were very nice and friendly."

"The staff was very friendly at the front desk and housekeeping. The pool was closed and most doors outside had bike locks on the inside preventing access. The door to the locked parking didn’t like to engage from the outside-likely due to the handle on the inside in the turned position. The room turns were a joke. I did better at an overpriced motel in Cleese over 10 years ago. The garbage was emptied and towels swamped but the bedding was half attempted to be put back one day. The room often...

"Friendly staff and a clean property. They are currently doing some renovations but no complaints"
