"Needs water in the room on arrival"

"Great location, however the room was a long walk from the lifts and they had an unexpected 25USD service charge upon check in. Then had a weird check out experience. Nothing too bad or good. "

"It is a classic old school hotel with an incredibly helpful staff. The Carousel Lounge is so much fun. Hard to get a seat on Friday or Saturday, but worth the wait if you can finally get in. My wife wanted a nice souvenir of our trip and called to ask if she could buy the logoed trash can in our room. They didn't even treat that as the crazy request it was and sold it to her. Can't say enough good things about our 3 night stay."

"This was a great stay. Amazing friendly saff. Room was very comfortable and the maid staff was fantastic. Loved the pool and pool bar. Great lite fare and snacks. Restaurants and coffee shop where very convenient. Best of all is the location. If your a lite sleeper ask for an inside facing room. They are close to the pool."

"Cheers to Virgin New Orleans! Guest service was 5 stars, everyone from check-in, the bellman & doormen and bar staff were excellent. The lobby lounge is very cool and the decor! The chamber room layout, amenities and the storage spaces were perfectly suited for the organized traveler. Thank you for a pleasant and memorable stay."

"My room was on the 5th floor. Foot traffic through the elevator was manageable and not challenging. The room itself had rust in the tub and the tv remote had ductape holding in the batteries. There weren’t many channels to watch so you better bring your own accommodations for streaming and entertainment. The light bar on the bed frame that illuminates the room would not turn off! There’s got to be a secret to turning it off but I didn’t bother to ask the staff. My stay was average at best, but...

"Our arrival at Hyatt Centric New Orleans was met with exceptional service from the front desk staff, including Hulston! The bag porter who assisted us as they were finishing their shift at 7 pm was also excellent. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive; we requested an extra blanket and received it within 5 minutes. While we did report a non-working landline on Saturday, we checked out Monday and it was never seen to the overall experience with the staff and services was very positive."

"The room was just as I expected it. It was nice, quiet, clean and spacious. Just steps away from bourbon street without the noise. The front door kitties are nice. The staff are super helpful and nice as well. The only drawback was my hubby is 6'5" and he had to duck some in the bathroom and shower. That is the nature of older buildings though."

"For our stay, the breakfast was not included, but when we ate there, the food was delicious (especially the creamy grits) and the service was fast and courteous. We had a couple of minor issues with the TV and the phone in the room (the phone wouldn't have mattered except that I was calling about the TV), but someone came up right away and got the TV going.
