"Loved the location of the property. It was within 15 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Parking was more expensive due to the holiday/event weekend. Also, the team was very responsive if we needed anything. I will definitely stay here again!"
"The staff was absolutely lovely! From the moment I was greeted at the door, to the wonderful breakfast, to the quiet, peaceful morning. It was a great place to breath and relax before stepping into the bustle of the city."

Maison St Charles
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were great, and the property was beautiful and well kept. My only issues were getting on the bed and taking a safe shower. I could have used a step stool, the beds were so high, and the shower. It was esthetically pleasing, with the one glass door. But the tub was super slippery and there was absolutely nothing to grab onto to keep from falling if one slipped. I ended up using a towel on the floor of the tub as grip and left the bathroom door open so I could use it to grab onto when exiting the tub. They seem like little things, but it was a struggle the entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again. I would just bring a rubber mat and a step stool.

"From the time we pulled up front with parking service, to the greetings, we got coming in the door, to the check-in, concierge. Everything was absolutely wonderful, they remembered who you were asked what you were doing. Asked if you needed any help with planning, entertainment or Ideas for dinner. Everyone was wonderful and so friendly absolutely beautiful place. "
