"The hotel was great and the staff were super helpful. My only issue was the incredible pool area and rooftop. I enjoyed the event on Juneteenth but since the pool is so small it made it hard for me and others to enjoy it because there wasn’t enough room or chairs for hotel guests. It’s so popular so not sure it’s an issue that can be solved but it’s worth noting."

"We arrived extremely early to the hotel and fully understood that our room may not be ready. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Offered to hold our luggage so we could explore the city. We returned shortly after breakfast and a room was ready. We had the Junior King Suite. Room was very spacious, enough room for a small buffet table. However, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Food was left on the carpet, hair on the nightstand, etc. I did not report since I did request"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property. I stayed in a loft-style room, which was perfect for both me and my guest. One of the highlights was the private deck, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the New Orleans evenings.
