I’m sure its not normal protocol as most are probably return customer - but it would be nice to be offered information instead of having to ask everything … "

"Blinds didnt fully open or close. Bed was very uncomfortable, springs poking through. Just not well maintained. Staff was very kind and friendly. Pool area was very nice. "
