As a result, trash began to pile up and used towels were left sitting, creating an uncomfortable environment. I don’t understand how hotels can fall short in the one area that should be their greatest strength, which is providing guests with a clean, relaxing space to return to."

"This place is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It should be torn down. Filthy. Trash everywhere. Shoddy construction. The shower curtain was disgusting and discolored with filth. The floor has probably not been cleaned in years. If you stay longer than one night, you are locked out of the room until resetting the key in the office. No ice machine. Bedding horrible. Claiming there is Internet is just plain fraud. I had to sit outside in my car to do my work. But, I wasn't comfortable after Twilight, fearing for my safety. "
