Room was clean, Continental breakfast was fine, Apples, Oranges, Waffles, Yogurt, Muffins, Bagels to name a few and of course Coffee, Tea, Milk and Orange juice. The only knock is the planes, I think UPS that take off at around 3am for about an hour, but then the hotel is next to the airport so it is to be expected. Next door to an Olive Garden.

Everything was really great. The staff was amazing and even went out of their way to get us a shuttle to the airport even though it was off schedule. Anything we needed they assisted with. I would stay here again!!

Nosotros lo utilizamos para el festival LTL, y tenemos la posibilidad de utilizar el transporte público por $2.25 y llegar al festival. Se tienen restaurantes junto al hotel. La amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron, el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones y las habitaciones también. 100% lo recomiendo y para el próximo festival lo utilizaré

This hotel was quite peaceful for being so close to highways and the airport. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Our AC unit stopped working properly and the staff had it fixed immediately. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was ready during the stated hours. A variety of items were offered each day.

Buen una muy buena decisión utilizar este hotel. Excelente condición, habitaciones limpias y con olor a limpio, súper espacioso. El personal súper amable y siempre atento en ayudarte. Hay restaurantes cerca y tienda en la gasolinera donde puedes comprar tus cosas diarias. Además puedes utilizar el transporte pública para ir al downtown sin problema. 100% recomendado.

Pro’s - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was reasonably clean. Con’s - The airport noise starts promptly at 3:30am. Although the room was reasonably clean, it could use more attention to detail in the bathroom. I noticed cosmetic issues such as a previous water leak in the shower area that hadn’t been repaired/painted. Very dirty baseboards in the bathroom also. There was also an overuse of fragrance in the lobby which carried into the rooms. Also, the bed was pretty firm which became uncomfortable after a while.

The lobby appeared to be nice, but the staff was quiet and not very helpful or approachable once checked in. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. The back of the door and baseboards in the bathroom were disgusting. It was very noisy throughout the hotel. To charge almost $200/night for disgust is shameful from any hotel.

It was exactly what we wanted! Was very clean. We didn’t get to get breakfast but it looked delish! Wish we would have had time to sample it!!!!

Place in pretty rough shape. Faucet in room not even attached to sink. Outdated refrigerator runs constant is very loud. Poor attempt at refresh in bathroom with huge unpainted areas and door falling off hinge. Comfortable mattress. No show housekeeping and when I went to front desk they claim that they only clean every other day. Towel replacement would have been nice at least but I had to ask for them. Booked and paid for king size bed room and at check in front desk asked if it was ok to put me in a 2 double bed room. I said absolutely not. Magically he found a king room without an trouble for me. Breakfast good.
