"Nice hotel. Only complaint was the bathroom. Our toilet wouldn’t really flush, the bathroom door was broken, and the shower took forever to drain. Otherwise, it was a nice room, property and location. Close enough to Expo Center to walk to and from the Louder Than Life festival."

"Everything we needed was on-site. The Falls Market restaurant and store were very helpful for food and other things we needed. Valet staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaints- hot tub was broken and neither front desk or guest services answered the phone the couple of times I tried to ..."
