"Nice hotel. Only complaint was the bathroom. Our toilet wouldn’t really flush, the bathroom door was broken, and the shower took forever to drain. Otherwise, it was a nice room, property and location. Close enough to Expo Center to walk to and from the Louder Than Life festival."

"This place charges for the first night stay even if you cancel. Watch out. They're unreliable and unfair. I thought I was booking a lower rate through Expedia but they did the same thing. I got stuck with a $264 charge for a dumpy hotel I ended up not staying at. WATCH OUT."
