"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Like another review stated, we wish we booked a longer stay at Tagus Marina Houseboat! We booked this for our last night in Lisbon, to be close to the airport and to surprise the kids with a neat experience and did we ever succeed! The houseboat was fully equipped for longer stays and was extremely comfortable for us 4 - two adults, two children (9&7). The marina had tons of options for meals so we were able get meals to go and eat on the boat as we wished. It was a perfect way to end our three...

"The property was clean. The location is convenient but very noisy in the evening, around 1am and super early in the morning so we coupon t rest enough. On the third day, I had to take a cold shower because I think there were many ppl staying at that night and ran out of hot water."

"We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making everything so easy for us. The room itself was bright, airy, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. To top it off, the cleanup crew did an amazing job cleaning the room daily, keeping everything spotless throughout our visit. Highly recommended!"
