"From booking to checkin, parking, pool access, transportation to and from the beach, things to do, the size of the CONDO, property amenities and communication was EXCELLENT! The front desk staff was professional when i called to ask questions and when I checked in. I'm a travel agent and i have no complaints! We have a annual girls weekend and will be booking this property again next year."

"We had a great stay at the Beach House! The room was a perfect size for two and very clean. The pool was nice—though it could use a little extra cleaning—but overall still enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Being right on the beach was such a plus, and we loved that it was within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Definitely would come back!"

"This hotel is located right before the intercoastal bridge, making it somewhat difficult to get in and out off due to the high volume of traffic during peak hours. Most of the housekeeping staff spoke very little English, making communication somewhat difficult. We were not aware that housekeeping was only done during the morning. On day two of our stay, we left the room around 11:00 am and returned around 4:00 pm. Sadly to our surprise, our room had not been done. We ended up having to request maintenance and housekeeping in person. In the end, housekeeping was very accomodating and they changed our sheets/made our beds and provided us with new towels. "
