"We booked 2 king bed rooms with pullout couches from Hotels.com. When we arrived they put us in small rooms with 1 queen bed. I immediately went to the desk and was informed that they didn't have those rooms. It felt like an episode from Seinfeld but it was not funny. They finally gave us 2 rooms with a king bed and told us it was the fault of the third party vendor. The pool pump broke the day we arrived which was the reason we went their for kids on vacation. It was fixed the next day but it was all very disappointing. We made the best of it but it was not what we hoped for. We ate at the restaurant one night and the bartender was the only 1 on as someone didn't show. He did everything and was super nice and apologetic but that is a management issue. If someone no shows, you come in or find other help. The staff were friendly and nice but I couldn't recommend this property to anyone."

"Breakfast was great. The cookies were a nice perk in the afternoon. Staff was pleasant. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Highly recommend! "

"The room was immaculate and very spacious! The TV in the living area would not work but the TV in the bedroom worked fine. Could not access the internet. Directions on how to use the TV and listing the password for the internet would be very helpful."

"Yes, for a free hotel breakfast it had very nice choices, from bagels, English muffins, muffins and toast to pre-prepared egg sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruit and yoghurt and various cereals. Nearest restaurant breakfast is about $40 for two, so quite a savings. "

"Heating would go on and off every 3-4 minutes. Very low water pressure. No maid service or room make up between days"
