"The property is enormous and the exterior is well maintained. There is a really nice picnic area that has grilles and a lot of tables for family seating. Our room was neat but the bathroom but the bathroom was very tiny. I think any issues we had were a result of the property just opening for the season."

"The location is fantastic. It is dog friendly which is wonderful. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking for each room. It met my 1 overnight need but what I thought could be better are room cleanliness - it was dusty and had funky smell (maybe from the a/c), bathroom was very clean, it’s a very simple basic room with no thrills. "We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. "Didn’t like walking up 3 flights of stairs but it’s a typical, older beach hotel and was quaint. Loved the beds and front porch. Easy walking to everything and was worth the price. Next time will book an oceanfront with balcony as had a smaller inner room this time. Clean and staff friendly and helpful. Parking was just down the road so a little haul if you have a lot of stuff . Would stay again."
