"Wonderful stay for two nights. Loved the room and the view and the breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was the water was brown. Normally we would never take a bath in a hotel but my wife needed to soak her leg. The tub filled up with brown water. Couldn’t tell when we took showers. We will stay again next time."

"Room was very nice. Beach staff was great.Breakfast was worst I've had in a long time. How do you screw up scrambled eggs & toast?? But, they did. Stone cold. Would have said something to waitress, but once she delivered the food she never returned. Never ate at the resort again...we always went out after that. Room was supposed to be cleaned daily. It wasn't cleaned 4 of our 7 day stay. Had to complain to front desk twice to just get refreshed towels."

"We arrived early ....and the check in time suppose to be 4pm ,but the room not available till 5pm ,we spoke with the Manager on duty but he didnt care he just told us to waIT till the room is ready. We check in after 5pm and the room was smell bad and the AC didnt work is very HOT inside, we called but they didnt come till the next morning. "Waited an hour in line for check in because we booked through Expedia. Was also told I could not get the first responder discount because I booked through Expedia. Was given a lot of misinformation at check in. I had booked the ultimate food and fun pass for 5 but only 4 of us went. Was told at check in that the extra one could be taken off only to be charged AGAIN the next day.
