"Room is a dream. I asked ahead of time for my "queen great view" to face downtown. Lobby people were friendly helping me get checked in early and got me a room with a clear view of the one world trade center. Location was #1 for me. Area is super convenient being between downtown and midtown. All of the surrounding neighborhoods have a distinct personality. "The room were super clean and is a very renovate hotel, perfect for just sleep because you spend all day in the city. Kismat at the front desk was very helpful despite that we arrive at almost 6am to check in."

"Room was huge! Bathroom was clean and also very large. The entire hotel was cozy and clean. Also, very safe. You have to use your room key card to even enter the elevator, which made staying there even more relaxing. Excellent location for 9/11 museum, statue of Liberty etc. "
