"Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."

"The staff was friendly and super helpful with every request. The rooms were clean and spacious with everything well stocked. The location was incredible as it was a quick walk to Trafalgar square and close to the different shows on West End. The train station is connected to the building, which helped when getting cabs to take us to and from the hotel. Family friendly. Location made it easy to enjoy the trip, especially when traveling with young kids."

"Great hotel to use as a base, just 10 minutes walk from Waterloo. Our room was clean, functional, as long as you didn't mind not having a view. Staff were helpful, breakfast was busy but was good quality and plenty of choice. Well worth the money we paid for the stay."

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION DURING A WARM PERIOD. Though air conditioning is listed as an amenity, our room was at 25C (77F) during our entire last evening. "We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is super nice and eager to help, they go the extra mile to make your stay special. It’s only a few minutes walk to Waterloo and Westminster stations, there are little places to get food right outside your door as well as nice restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and starts at 6:30am so we were able to have a quick breakfast even if we had early activities, we were happy not no miss out on that! "If I ever go to London again, I will be staying at the this hotel again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers to do laundry. After being in France for a couple days I had quite a bit of laundry to do and this saved me from buying clothes. The pub next door was great for food and beer. All in all, IGH properties are great places to stay."
