"Room was clean but room and furnishings were old, run down, and uncomfortable. Metal bed frame had rusted hardware, refrigerator didn’t work, tiny sink in bathroom had virtually no water pressure. Room was way too small for the price. Attractive view of coconut palms and Florida Bay from the room and nice sunset views. Overall needs a major remodel in my opinion. Air conditioning was noisy and because the room was so small, it was either too cold or off, which almost instantly made it too hot....

"The unit we got was not what was pictured when booking. It had a nice view and pool. The unit itself was very worn and in need of some TLC. The air conditioning was VERY loud, the beds and couch creaked with every move. The washer seal was full of black mold. Our family agreed it was a nice complex and felt safe but the condition of the rental unit was lacking for what we paid. "

"This place is clean. Staff was great. Close to the water but not really a beach you can get to. More like for tanning. The pool is saltwater and was nice and warm. A bar would have been a nice plus. I would stay again. "

"This property is in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars. They have 2 very nice pools to choose from. The canal view room we had was very spacious and the balcony was very large to watch boats and nature pass by. The room fridge/freezer was just about full size which made it nice to keep leftovers and lots of drinks. Air conditioning was perfect temp and parking is included in your stay and ample. We also got to use the sister property's amenities which is called The Islander....
