"Unable to stay because the hotel was severly overbooked and there was no available parking. This was rough after 17hrs of travel and having to go to a different hotel at 10 pm at night. The Staff, however, was very professional and helpful and I know they do not bear the responsibility of the property itself."

"The front desk staff was fantastic even with booking issues due to booking through third party. I have stayed at Homewood suites in Canton Ma and it was much more upgraded but this was decent and I was happy to have an oven and tub in my room once that was fixed. My only small complaint would be house keeping not coming except the day before checkout when I was there for 10 days. Luckily I’m clean and kept things up and took trash out myself most of the time. The rooms are also not as “sound proof” as advertised, just FYI. Over all it was a good stay."

"Place was pretty dirty. Our suite was recently renovated, but it appeared to have been done by somebody with no experience or care at all. There was dried paint drops all over the bathroom floor from recent painting. The tub faucet was hanging out of the wall. The bedroom door was so crooked it wouldn’t close and there was a huge gap above the door. Asked for a card for incidentals but I someone got charged for parking on that card without any knowledge of the parking fees when making the booking. Or mention of it when giving the card for incidentals. My kids wanted to go to the pool. I have never seen a more disgusting hotel pool in my life. There was what looked like feces floating and the bottom and sides of the pool had visible residues I could see through the nasty water. "
