"Great location. Large rooms. Pool area is nice. Only gripes are the limited parking, and the fact that you can’t ever check in before 4pm, even though you can see the room sitting there empty. Also, the 10am checkout in an area known for nightlife is downright criminal."

"Loved our little private porch however the construction next door made it unbearable. Not the fault of the property. The room was spacious and the location was wonderful. The pool is well maintained and a nice oasis after a hot, busy day. Be aware parking is around the corner and very expensive. It cost us $100 for 3 days.
The staff was friendly
Overall an enjoyable stay and I would sty here again"

"Nice updated room but could have been cleaned a little better. Pulled nightstand out to retrieve my eyeglasses and found someone's used dirty napkin. Website states that it's .6 of a mile from Duval, it's more like 1.2 miles. Good parking!"
