"Maintenance was in need of improvement after two calls to repair a closet door that was falling off they fixed it by just removing the entire door. Keys didn’t work. To unlock door. Walked to desk they reprogrammed them. Walked back to room and still unable to get into the room. Had to wait for a maintenance person to arrive. Never left toilet paper Had to get it at the front desk."

"The facility itself is beautiful. The staff up front and at the bars are very courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had a very bad leak at the shower door that left significant amounts of water on the floor. We informed them and they sent maintenance, but there was no noticeable change.
