"Really loved staying here. I got an upgrade to an apartment... large downstairs room with king size bed and dining area, big bathroom and upstairs a lovely sitting room. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt very welcome."

"The room was very clean and warm comfortable the only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot but Luke warm it was late when we had are shower so couldn’t mention it and we were there for one night. In the morning when we had breakfast we did mention this issue. The staff member that looked after us for breakfast was lovely made sure we had everything the cooked breakfast was lovely her name was iessie she was amazing would differently come again this is our second visit in a year.. "

"Really nice phoned the day before to ask if we could keep our bags there and when we arrived the room had already beeb cleaned which was excellent snd checked in at half twelve. Had an excellent weekend the bed was a bit squeaky cause we were at it all night but still had a really good time first time in Yarmouth will definitely be coming back. Breakfast was good and in a good location right opposite the pier."

"It's Dale's home and he treats everyone with kindness and great hospitality. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Great Yarmouth. Positives: Dale's down to earth approach Clean rooms Nice fellow residents! Maybe we were lucky ha. Fridge in room! Great location Fast wifi Lots of free parking Nice breakfast Not so positive: Some of the bedding and towels may be due for a renewal but plenty were provided."

" Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "
