"Room was decent there was no coffee pot in the room which was surprising to me. The ice machine on our floor did not work. Also the snack machines only took cash, and they tub in our room one of the knobs were not attached. But otherwise the stay was good."

"Stephanie at the front desk was great. I was on the top floor, and unit. The blackout curtains did not shut all the way so I had quite a bit of light coming through when I was trying to sleep. Moderate noise from the roadway."

"Bed was good. Parking good. I was told there was a coffee pit in the room, there was not. No soap, except a shampoo/conditioner packet. I used to wash my hands. I got in late so it wasn’t worth the trouble to get what I wanted. I just left"

"Like almost all HIE hotels, everything was clean. It is an older property, but renovated; not quite as nice as other HIEs we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, I was billed at a higher rate than arranged through Expedia. When checking out, the desk clerk said she would credit the difference to my card. That didn’t happen."
