"The food was amazing! We had a great time"

"Disappointed with the desk staff upon arrival. We arrived slightly early and asked if the room was possibly ready. We were told that the room wasn't yet available and we should come back at 3 pm for the normal check in time. No problem, we were early. So we went to grab something to eat. When we returned at 3:30 pm, we were told our room still wasn't available. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes or so until we were checked in and handed the room keys. "Scared by other reviews but no issues with safety, security or cleanliness at this property. Yes it’s an older refurbished property but there is modern tile flooring and modern decor in the rooms and No Carpet! Room was very clean!!! And everything worked great. Only complaints are uncomfortable bed and pillows and noise from highway and people at the pool. Pro Tip: request room on other side of building away from pool and highway"

"I've been here for many days as it's close to the hospital, the staff has been very friendly this entire stay, very helpful with needing to extend stays, and I see the maintenance crew keeping up the property, it's nice to see the work they put into keeping the space clean and looking nice."

"We have stayed at this property previously and had up until now found it to be clean and well maintained. On this occasion however we were distressed to find bed bugs. When we went to the front desk we were told there was no other room we could be moved to as the hotel was full. Were also told that there was no cleaning staff to clean the room. We were given extra bedding "to put over top" until the room could be cleaned the next day. We won't be staying here again."
