"We had to change room twice due to destroyed furniture and bugs. The receptionist and service manager weren't apologetic. However, the hotel manager was very apologetic and cooperative. He gave us a 1 night refund and free breakfast."

"I had a great stay over the weekend the staff was friendly, everything was clean, and they were quick to answer any questions. The only downside was the room with the king bed felt really cramped, there wasn’t much space to move around. "
