"Our stay was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. When we arrived, the room did not appear to have been cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were brown stains on one of the bathroom towels, stains on the comforter, and what appeared to be blood stains on the bedding. The bathroom also had visible grime and buildup around the soap dispensers and along the tile, making it feel dirty from the moment we walked in. To make matters worse, we found a live...

"There is hardly any parking. On top of that, they were doing remodeling or something- they were putting a new roof on. It would have been nice to of been notified of that BEFORE we booked instead of not knowing until checking in. They took ups so much parking for equipment & of course it made it a mess. Being on the expensive side for the weekend we booked, on top of paying for parking- I’d expect to not have to park across the street & walk so far to the hotel!"

"The front desk staff are efficient. Very very clean lobby area and rooms. The breakfast is delicious. Lots of surrounding places to eat and shop at. I always return to this hotel."
