"The location was perfect and the bedding was clean and good quality. We ate dinner in the breakfast/lobby area one night and it was clean. Staff were ok. Not overly helpful or friendly but never rude or unfriendly. Just ok. The only "problem" was the bathroom in our room. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms had a horrible smell coming from the plumbing. It was like sulphur/rotten eggs/standing water. Not pleasant at all."

"We stayed 5/29 and checked out 5/31, there was no hot water the whole time during our stay so showering was not possible unless you like 70 degree water which is basically your supply temp in Florida. Staff couldn't help said talk to management. Laundry area had no lights by equipment, room safe didn't work, and thermostat on wall in room didn't work which created its own issues. I really have issues with the no hot water this isn't a home away from home stay with that and temp control in room...

"If you like living under a communist regime you will enjoy this hotel if not I would pass , we got the "hottube suite" it's literally a bathtude that takes up half of the already VERY small room , but worst part by far was the staff and "24/7 security guard , we were reprimanded for smoking outside of our room out back on our "paito" that is a 5x5" square , and threatened with a 350$ fine , ok no problem no smoking out back got it , other patrons were also being reprimanded by the desk clerk who...

"Natalie at the front desk was wonderful. She escorted me part of the way in the evening to the fantastic outdoor restaurant across the parking lot which had a minature golf course. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport and shuttle me back for my departure flight. All were gracious and helpful! The only bleep was the air conditioner wasn't working in the hallway to the rooms the night of my stay. Loved this place though."

"Nothing special but Great room for price.Very safe location.North palm beach is an upscale community and over patrolled by police which is a good thing.Free coffee and muffins and juice for breakfast.Pool is clean.I stay here all the time when visiting the area.close to boating and beach and near 95."

"Traveled with a baby and small child, both were very happy with the breakfast, pool, and clean room. Housekeeping did great up keeping our towels and trash. Loved coming back to a clean room"

Las camas parece que se van a caer porque son metálicas y se mueven mucho y hacen mucho sonido. Por lo demás se ve que la propiedad está recién remodelada y está limpia. El personal muy indiferente."
