"Clean room, amazing staff!"

"The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. "Room has just enough space for necessities. There are no closets or dressers, so be prepared for that. The property is two separate buildings and the breakfast area is only in one. You may have to change buildings to go eat. It wasn't a problem for me, but I figure it's something to mention. The location was great. It was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. "When scheduling my stay there was an error of 2 days instead of one night. The staff member Glenda was great helping me straighten out the error with Expedia. The morning we checked out she was there and gave great directions and information about where we were headed. "

"I always try to book a Hilton Tru when we are traveling. They are always so nice and clean. This one in Mobile Alabama was no exception, the lobby was clean, elevators clean and smelled good and fresh. The halls was clean as well. Our room was great, clean, the bed was nice and comfy the pillows were ok, but thats cause it wasnt mine! Breakfast was really good only thing could have made it better was to have it served in bed. Maybe next time the hubs can do that. All in all i have no complaints...

"Very walkable location. Close to restaurants if you don't mind a short walk. Extemely close to cruise terminal. We also enjoyed cruise parking. Our room was very nice. We will be back!"
