"This is a very old hotel and consequently after the rain our room had a very strong odor of sewage which was unpleasant. Also due to rain the front desk was unable to secure a taxi on our departure to train station. We were forced to walk 2 blocks with all of our luggage in the rain to a taxi stand where we waited an additional 20 min. Just including this for travelers seeking this hotel. "This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Location was incredible. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We ended up missing check in due to a late train and they were very kind to set up late check in for us last minute. "Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre active sur florence et le coucher de soleil était incroyable. Mais attention, les murs sont vraiment fins et l'insonorisation mériterait vraiment d'être améliorée et il faut savoir que le parking est petit et ne peut pas contenir toutes les voitures... Gare aux couche-tard, la voiture restera dehors ! Le petit déj est simple mais généreux et sympathique. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas profiter du jardin, ni pour lire, ni pour le déjeuner !"
