"The hotel was clean. The check in process was horrible. Our reservation could not be found, then there were issues running a card for incidentals (despite pre-paying online). After waiting 45 minutes, we finally left to get dinner and came back later to check in. There was only 1 staff member on duty and probably 8 people waiting to check in. No one else was able to solve the problem."

"The rooms were very clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect, the gym was very adequate for us and the staff was very nice and helpful when we needed anything for our room. Would very much recommend to anyone bringing there families! Comfy beds, great showers and very clean room overall!"

"This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced."

"Great property. But got into the shower and the shampoo and conditioner was completely empty. Contact on the floor. Hard bed. But these were my only gripes. Lovely property. If you walk your dog, walk toward Texas Tech and cross over. Campus is nice and clean. "

"This is a terrible hotel, and I would not recommend it. The bathroom was filthy. The caulking around the toilet was almost completely gone, and what was left was black. The towel holder was falling off the wall, and there was damaged Sheetrock where it had pulled away. The bathroom sink also did not drain properly. The pool was extremely small and overcrowded. The water was cloudy, and the chlorine was so strong that my eyes were hurting after only 20 minutes. They advertise that they serve...

"Lovely hotel in a walkable area. The best breakfast buffet with clean eating area. Staff answered all questions politely and the lunch we purchased from front desk was good. "

"The bathroom smelled like the inside of a city sewer. Apparently they have a drainage issue with the main line out of the hotel so the smell of sewage comes from the shower, sink and toilet. Other than this horrible problem the place is great. "

"Room was dirty the entire hotel gave you a dirty feel if you look closely most things were not cleaned rugs not vacuumed and hallways. Tile floor is not detailed cleaned, etc.."
