Staff was friendly. Room floor was visible dirty with particles of dirt and things all over the floor. Mold around bathtub. Sink in the kitchenette was stained and dirty. The hotel looks fairly new but the cleanliness and does not match the age of the facility. It lends to poor upkeep and poor cleaning. The pool is room temperature not heated. The hot tub was dirty and had things floating in it. Would not stay here again

The staff was friendly and super helpful! This was a last minute trip to check out colleges for my daughter. Wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful with all of our questions about the area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We felt safe which is a big deal on the road.
