I had a nice stay overall, but there is room for improvement in a number of areas that would have made my stay much happier. Firstly the check-in was disappointing in that I did not find out the codes and the process for entering the property until the point that I was already in Lublin. It would give any holiday maker peace of mind to have all this information in advance before leaving house. The first thing I noticed when I entered the property was that the sofa had about three or four whitish stains over the fabric, which was rather off-putting and I wiped them down gently with a warm sponge before my partner arrived. The terrace (which made me book this accommodation ahead of others) was disappointingly unusable because one of the chairs had bent metal legs, and it went over dangerously as I tried to sit on it, which meant that any possible relaxation on the terrace for two with coffee was not possible. I was also a little disappointed with the single duvets on the beds, and two additional single extras. It would be better to have one double duvet and two singles that way each couple can choose which they want to use rather than only being given the choice of single duvets each on a double bed, rather awkward. Finally, would have been nice to have a toaster, and perhaps a small oven. Without these two the options for cooking is fairly limited to just the hob, so in other words fried food only. One saucepan had mould spots inside the inner coating, so I didn't use that.

Great stay

Great stay! Nice modern loft feel, in heart of everything, one block from Old Town, right above the Tourism office (which is convenient!) communication only seems to happen at certain hours (ie wont get a response late at night) so make sure you have everything sorted during the day: not all rooms have a microwave (I stayed in 2 different rooms when I extended)

This is a great place to stay: really good size, comfortable and felt very safe for a solo traveller. More than anything, the location is terrific, you are right in the heart of the action. That means some noise, but the insulation seems pretty good and closing the windows blocked most of it out. I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the street and it was lovely to sit there watching the hustle and bustle. Also appreciated the very effective air con since I visited during a heatwave!

Perfecto

Todo muy bien. Situacion inmejorable en el centro. Cerca de todo. Apartamento nuevo con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Cama y sofa cama muy comodos. Wifi funciona correctamente. Check in facil y comodo. El bus desde el aeropuerto te deja casi en la puerta. Volveriamos sin duda.
