"Had issue with specific room as AC was not working at check in. After lobby visit and maintenance coming to room to resolve, unfortunately it did not resolve AC. Another visit to lobby and were moved to different room. From checking in to getting second room, it took two hours to resolve."

"Well overall was ok, but there was a couple of things that need attention: 1) there is only one washer and one dryer for more than 150 rooms. 2) there is two ice machines, but only one works. I think this issues need the attention of the big guys, the one that decided how to deal with with this problems."

"The Windsor Hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We were in the apartment. My children/grandchildren were in 2 other suites. Our room because a great gathering area for meals and family fun. Though the rooms might use a little up grade, everything was clean and working. Would definitely return."

"The Best Western Arden Park is our go to accommodation when visiting in Stratford. Rooms and hotel in general is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site is very convenient, service and food both very good. Location is excellent, a short ten minute walk to the Festival Theatre. Always enjoy our stay here."
