"I have booked here many times for on business trips, every single interaction that I’ve had with the receptionists has been pleasant. I have had problems with my reservation and the receptionist have always been kind enough to assist me or offer other options. The breakfast is great, many options to choose from. I will continue to book here for as long as I come to Mexicali. "

"The hotel is in an enclosed shopping mall and the hotel covers the cost of parking. It is in a bettwr part of town as well. Delicious options for breakfast, friendly staff. "

"We recenlty stayed at this hotel last week arriving thurdsay night and checking out saturday , as we were in the area for a medical appointment, We had stayed here before twice with no issues wich is why we chose to return , Unfortunately this experience was very dissapointing. The hotel is under remodelig,(undestandable) but not disclosed at time of booking , the overall condition felt messy and poorly managed. there was construction debirs in the parking lot and we could clearly hear noise from the remodeling work, which made it difficult to rest. At check in, the staff was not very helpful, basic information such as wheater breakfast was available during remodeling was not cleary communicated. The most concerning issue,however was cleanliness.Husban woke up the next morning covered in bites, which appeared to be from bed bugs. We had previously had a decent experience here, but this stay did not meet even basic standards, until the remodelings is completed and proper cleanilness and services are ensured ,we would not recomend stayinf here "

"I paid for an executive room and the condition of the room and bathroom was very poor. Paint was very poorly done. Carpet is old and lighting was not adequate. They need to upgrade their executive rooms. "
