"Beautiful location but very tired. Great location just outside of Bath but the hotel is very dated and needs a refurb. Rooms are clean but dark wood furniture and bathroom facilities definitely need an update. Breakfast was average in a very old fashioned dining area and buffer layout was amateurish compared with modern hotels. That said, lovely location and great pub at the bottom of the driveway!"

"The patio was completely removed and under construction, which I'm sure will benefit future travelers, but made the outdoor patio unavailable to us during our stay. Despite that, the views from our room were beautiful. We ate at the restaurant on-site and the food was very good. Continental breakfast was also nicely provided to start the day of adventuring. Staff were polite and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Onsite parking was the biggest deterrent. The parking slots were...

"Sticker said 'hold rails getting out of shower' there were none, nearly slipped over. Wasn't informed before arrival but they now charge for parking!!! Like you have any alternative place to park!!! Last time I stayed i got breakfast included, this time they asked me for £13.95!! Won't be back!"
