"Disgusting smells like dog and cat pee in hall and staff are rude when you ask questions."

"The stay was great, room was clean and had so many more amenities than we expected. Check in on the other hand wasn’t the best we got charged twice one for deposit on room the other charge we have no clue what it was for and management hasn’t gotten back to us about that. Also person checking us in judged my appearance so I didn’t really appreciate that. Staff can do better but rooms are wonderful."

"The pillows contained mildew as well as the shower. There was poor lighting in the bedroom and the elevators to the second and third floors did not work. We had to walk to our floor. Also, parking was limited. "

"We always stayed overnight. Staff was good and courteous. Don't think we use the Wi-Fi, but it was offered if you needed. The only bad thing I have to say is even though it's not smoking when we walked in I could smell that somebody had been smoking in the room. It just kind of stays in the furniture and walls you know. But all in all for an overnight trip it was good. "

"Sam is the nicest manager ive ever met. He carried my box to my room and has always been understanding of my needs like smokers near my door. He truly is an angel and due to him and the excellent cleaning staff this place is a fantastic rating for me. I hope Sam makes good money cause he goes above and beyond and deserves a raise!"
