He truly is an angel and due to him and the excellent cleaning staff this place is a fantastic rating for me. I hope Sam makes good money cause he goes above and beyond and deserves a raise!"

"The room was clean and it looked very nice on the inside. I'd stay here again if I needed to spend another night in Houston. While it was overall a good stay, the bed light would occasionally go off throughout the night when no one touched it. The walls were also pretty thinwhile the noise wasn't much issue, be aware of some noise if you choose to stay here."

"Best staff! Check in was smooth although there was a long line of tired people whose flights had been canceled. The front desk staff was efficient, polite and super friendly. The shuttle was easy to find at the airport. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable."

"There were a few things, makeup or something on one of the pillows, I just put it off to the side, and the bottom sheet had a tear in it, my foot snaged it a few times. But the rest of the room was clean, the bed didn't have other weird stains or smells. I slept great so that huge plus."

"Rooms not as advertised with no help from staff to fix problems. Was told the main manager was going to reach out to help fix the problem and as of today 6 day after our stay no ones reach out and won't reture our calls. "
