NEVER CLEANED, AC NOISY, STAFF DID NOT CARE, POOL BROKEN DOWN AND VERY LITTLE AT 930 FOR BREAKFAST TILL 10. AN OVERRIPE ORANGE AND NO MORE FRUIT, YOGURT, EGGS OR PROTEINS BEDSPREAD CHANGED BECAUSE IF DNA ON BED COVER. BUT NEVER CLEANED OR TOOK TRASH OUT IN 3 DAYS. "

"We received breakfast vouchers, and all they had was waffles, toast, cereal and juice. One of my family members asked the kitchen staff lady for fruit yet she never acknowledged she just looked at her in an ugly manner but shortly later brought the fruit. Dissatisfied "

"Rooms are not clean. Although it appears that they are attempting to upgrade the property, the effort seems clear however, the rooms are filthy. They need to put more attention to detail and actually clean the rooms. Staff is amazing. Check-in is amazing. Parking attendance are amazing overall the day was great room is just filthy. I would not read patronize the site until or unless their stars increased to four and above for cleanliness."
