"The staff was rude. He questioned us entirely too much asking how many was staying since we came with 3 people instead of 2. The sheets were dirty and we were refused more. The toilet was nasty. Pull out bed has crumbs in it and the mattress fell while I was sitting on it. Smelled like marijuana. Overall just avoid."

I guess y’all pick and choose who can eat in the rooms cause I had taken my mom some food for breakfast because she’s handicap and the lady told me I couldn’t do that but I seen three other people take food to their rooms and they didn’t tell them anything but otherwise everything was fine"

"The only major complaints I had were the the lights were shut off for the whole property for most of a day. I believe it was outside of their control but I would have liked have received some sort of compensation for being without power during my stay. Its summer in Houston, not having air conditioning is miserable. Luckily I was able to make plans as to not have to be in my room while the power was out. Also the TV in the bedroom did not work at all. Luckily the one in the sitting room was just...
