"I had issues where my water was coming out black. The young receptionist was sweet, respectful, and offered my family and I another room. I checked out the other room and it smelled like urine. I have a young child and I didn’t feel comfortable staying. We left the next day. "

"The room itself was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and suggested to our guests that they stay here too. I checked in 11:30 at night on Thursday and it took 25 minutes in line before I got checked in. We learned from numerous guests that it took up to 2 hours for them to check in… not great. The best part is that on our check out day, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:40 am, we said we would be out at 10. We looked out the peep hole and realized she was standing there waiting. At 10 on the dot she knocked again. Frustrating that check in was so time consuming but they waste no time in kicking you out. "
