"Most Staff members were great to communicate with. Nice breakfast bar with a pretty good variety. Warm cookies in the evening a nice amenity.. a variety of warm drinks provided 24 hours. My only issue was the hot tub is still not working properly since our last day which was way back in Thanksgiving , so very confused about this one. One staff member stated they were unaware anything was wrong with it. Another one explained that it’s been an ongoing thing which of course I knew and it’s not their fault, but I find it very hard to believe that they all didn’t know about it because I know other guests have been asking.. I mean the least they can do is be transparent, and one of the staff members was very transparent explained about it still needing to be worked on and that other people were asking them so I don’t know why one would say they were unaware of it & not sure ! that’s very, very strange Someone made a joke that maybe that’s what they told them to say I’m like yeah right you don’t treat your guests like that !! so I do appreciate the transparency with the one staff member who I really enjoyed talking with. Clearly it’s an issue so let’s just be honest about it and explain why it isn’t getting fixed. They charge enough nightly fee that they should be able to pay maintenance ! plus they’re working on one whole wing and it’s under construction so why can’t they pay someone to come in and check out the hot tub? I mean it’s been months and months and months. ?"
