"I rarely take the time to write long reviews but I'm going take the time to do it here in the hope that the PM company decides to improve the areas that are lacking. What i liked. The place is cool, it's an easy walk to Hart Plaza and downtown, and it's got character. You get a lot of space compared to a hotel room. What I didn't like - Fixtures were broken in the bahtroom, there was no waterproof shower curtain liner in the bathroom, there were only 2 pillows with pillow cases for 2 people,...

"This property was excellent! Great location, awesome and comfy beds, clean setting, great views of the cityscape and the baseball field. Check in and out was smooth. Cost of parking was high, but the great location of the property makes up for it:)"

"The hummingbird cottage was in the perfect location and was great for a weekend stay. Had a little trouble with air conditioning last night there was getting warmer as night went on and we had not touched the thermostat i fiddled around with the nest thermostat for about 20 mins, it finally came back on. Wished it had a small table and chairs to sit at but i see its a space issue. Overall a nice older cottage . Close to downtown saugatuck and great having parking and being able to walk around...

"We liked the spaciousness of the place and its proximity to restaurants and a park. We had issues locking the door as the keyless entry sometimes did not lock. It could use a deep cleaning or more thorough cleaning. We could not use the couch as it had so many stains. It felt more like staying at an Airbnb. The walls are a little thin. Parking was good."

"Great location if you are wanting to travel around Northern Michigan. Cute town with a convenient grocery store, Mammoth Distillery Lounge and great little pizza place. Check in was easy, but no personal communication from owners. Only automated messages. Unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floor and some laundry in the dryer which was strange. Unit did not have as many beds as advertised so I’m glad we didn’t need more. AC unit was incredibly loud and not very efficient. Had to...

"Such a cute property. Just perfect for a quick get away. The lake was beautiful, saw Bald Eagles, loons, swans, ducks, seagulls, fish and beautiful sunset and sunrises! "
