"Enjoyable stay!"

"Very helpful front desk associate, very polite and professional. Overall great stay in residence with full of utensils and basic kitchen amenities required for short stay."

"Breakfast became boring. Not much change day to day."

"Clean new place"

"clean room, staff. parking. stores near by. Note, if you like the $$$ hotels, where you can purchase a buffet breakfast for 2 and pay $70 just for one breakfast, this is not the place for you. I left a big expensive hotel and this place cost me $70 ish for the night stay rather than $400 counting paid parking. The staff was just as pleasent. The walk was 2 feet from my trunk. Bigger room refridgerator than the expensive place. And while it is a small "dorm" size refridgerator, it had a...

"They downgraded a room we had reserved and wouldn't refund the difference. This was after no one was at the front desk for 20 + minutes to check in. The tub was dirty and nothing was stocked. Breakfast was good at least. Usually have good luck at other Holiday Inn Expresses, but not this one."

"Nice and convenient"

"all staff were friendly and helpful. lobby was clean and inviting. dining area was clean and well kept. Breakfast and evening meal was plentiful, hot and relatively tasty. 3 complimentary drinks with dinner was something I've never been offered. Pool area was clean. pool temp alittle chilly but they still had access to indoor/outdoor pool open. Hot tub was wonderfully hot but had a dirty film on the bubbles. . Room was clean and beds were comfy. TV was a miss. No 2nd tier channels and no house...

"Nice place and staff. Our room was large, comfortable and clean."

"This was a very nice place to stay. Everything was nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious with nice variety, the people were nice, and the parking was nearby. I only have one complaint. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was no outlet anywhere near the only mirror (other than the bathroom mirror where the outlet didn't work) in the room. That other mirror was a nice big mirror, but it was in the very dimly lit entryway. There was no place that we could use our...

"It had been somewhat renovated since the last time there and most of my issue was maybe needing to buy more towels and washcloths and such....they were def well used and discolored.....for the price it was quite ok....also alot quieter since last time with better "neighbors"....."
