"Room had a terrible chemical smell and bedding smelled of super strong detergent Had to sleep With balcony door open and on top of the bedding with my clothes on. Really terrible "

Available if asked, but fridge should be replenished. Room service. Timing inconsistent. We regularly put our room to be made up at 10am. Not done until 4 or later. Then turn down two hours later. Normally better than this. Fridge. Whether stating one night or one week, the fridge has free items....

"Staff were pleasant and welcoming. We checked in quickly and were given earlier access to our room. We have stayed there before in a Marina view room, floor 3, which was lovely. This time I made the mistake of booking a city view room. We were on floor 1, facing the street. The traffic noise was awful and fairly constant.
