"The hotel has a lot of character and charm. Room was large and it was close to the shopping strip and lots of restaurants and underground. Loved having the espresso machine, kettle and coffee pods and tea bags. Glass bottle of water was a nice touch too. Bumped overall stars down because Wifi was dodgy. I kept getting bumped off or didn’t have wifi at all. That was the most annoying part of my stay. Shower set up was a tad awkward as we didn’t want the entire floor to get wet. Other than that...

"Room was clean and in a decent location. About an hour walk to the river and main old town of Vienna . It the line underground subway was amazing and was only 1-2 blocks away. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel because of the lack in room amenities. No fridge, no coffee machine or tea, not iron or ironing board. The bed was comfortable but the curtains let in too much light- zero black out. I would not rate any hotel above 3-3.5 stars without amentities such as room fridge and coffee...

"Das Hotel ist gut gelegen nahe dem Westbahnhof. Das Zimmer in dem ich war, war ausreichend groß und hatte soweit alles was ich brauchte für kurzen Aufenthalt. "We had a very spacious, clean 2 room apartment with a very good size bathroom and a convenient mini kitchen. I really appreciated the espresso machine in the room. The hotel had a very historic Vienna feel and antique decor and furniture to match. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."
