"This hotel should make clear rooms have no air conditioning and no mini fridge. The lack of air conditioning is a real problem when it is hot, and made it very difficult to sleep."

"Loved the bar area seemed very popular, room was nice, had a mini fridge which was great. Asked for more towels on our second day they were quick in bringing them no complaints ! Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also having air conditioning was a nice change as we don’t have that in the Uk !"

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"We had a very spacious, clean 2 room apartment with a very good size bathroom and a convenient mini kitchen. I really appreciated the espresso machine in the room. The hotel had a very historic Vienna feel and antique decor and furniture to match. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."
