"This location is a great location for a quick stay in New Orleans. It is very close to the French quarter, but also accessible to other areas. I would definitely stay at this location again. The only issue that I found a bit frustrating was parking prices, but that is to be expected in a central business district.
The apartment was clean, well equipped and quiet. This is the first time I stayed in the CBD, and not The French Quarter and it didn't disappoint!"

"We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

"Excellent Stay at Latitude – Highly Recommended!
Initially, we were skeptical about booking a short-term rental in an apartment complex. We were also concerned about the location since we were attending events in New Orleans.
We were impressed with everything Latitude had to offer. The parking was excellent, with a designated space in a lot secured by two gated entrances requiring access codes. The lot was extremely well-lit, and the multiple coded entry points made us feel safer than we have...

"Location is perfect! The cable car is just across the street and takes you to the heart of New Orleans along the water. Staff is very accommodating. Delilah at the desk was MOST helpful. My only complaint is that the silverware drawer is too high. I'm not sure of the solution. It is a historic building, so I imagine they are limited in what can be done."
