Expedia writes "includes continental breakfast" which is not true. The breakfast is Chinese vegetables and cold berry juice (no bread or coffee so this is an error). Staff speak no English but try to be helpful. They ordered us a taxi. Expedia also doesn't tell you that you have to pay a 600 deposit on arrival (this came as a difficulty for us). You get this back when leaving. Hotel is aging , evidently grand in its day but furntiture easily broken and tiles in bathroom old, bed hard. But still pleasant enough. Reasonable price in an expensive downtown city area. Nothing to do nearby as is business district - better with a hotel across the river for things to see.

Friendly staff

Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. The staffs are very friendly and always wear a smile. It is also feeling good when I see the friendly face. The hotel is away from any eatery, at least 1/2 mile walk. It was 9:00 in the evening, the in-house restaurant was closing, and willing to make me a bowl of noodle. After eating, she ordered me a taxi to take me to the train station to buy the next day ticket. Next morning I saw the same friendly face to look after my checking out business. I felt so good.
