"My biggest gripe was the room AC didn’t work for the entire trip. I. Spite of multiple requests it was not fixed. And then to top it off, I saw a charge of 15 euros that was not disclosed at closing. God only knows what that was for. The highlights: our room balcony faced the lake. And the lady at the breakfast counter in morning was amazing."

"Clean, conveniently located one metro stop from the train station or 10 min walk. It’s close to the Cathedral and other old town attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great, but not included, we had to pay 20 CHS/pp. They charged 2 CHS for extra nespresso pods (only 2 provided for 2 night stay). The shower was clogged but fixed upon request. The portable AC came in handy during the heat wave. Overall loved this charming hotel and can recommend it."
