"Looked great on the outside and the lobby was really pretty but good god that room. Stayed in room 109 on the first floor, the “suite” and I knew from the second I walked in that I have been bamboozled by the Expedia stock photos yet again. I’ve stayed in red roofs before and usually they’re a pretty decent budget one night option. But last night I got the run down $25 slum room that I paid $100 for. Sheets and the floor was clean I’ll give it that but just that."

"The room wasnt clean. There was cockroachs. Bed sheets and blankets had stains. I booked a king no smoking and got a double queen and a smoking room."

"We turned the heat on and it smelled like a dead animal!!!! Horrible!!!"

"It is inconvenient to charge the mobile phone."

"Great trip"

"Conveniently located right off the interstate"

"Everything was good. The morning staff could have been a little more helpful and friendly. The evening staff was great."

"Super nice staff. Room was fine. The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom and hadn’t in some time. There was rust in the shower and on the door hinges. Needs updated bathrooms. Sheets were clean. Would’ve expected a better bathroom for the price. The sink was also in the room vs bathroom which I’ve never seen before."

"The room was very clean"

"The staff person (Kay) when we checked in was very friendly and helpful"
