Metto 3 stelle perché non è pensabile nel 2026 avere dei cuscini come quelli presenti in camera. Inutilizzabili. Altissimi, durissimi. Dormito malissimo e svegliato con mal di testa e mal di collo per due giorni. Se non fosse per questo, data la posizione e dove si trova avrei dato 4 stelle piene. "So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. The in-room phone didn’t work. They didn’t answer the WhatsApp number. So, every time there was an issue we had to send our kid to the main building to speed with the receptionist. They came to fix it twice. It did not remain fixed. I had a hard time sleeping. We were moved to another room it was decent. It...

"Clean room. Close to some tourist attractions. Since it's very hot in Luxor, some food items on their breakfast need to be refrigerated like yogurt, cheese, etc. to avoid spoilage. Just be careful of anything you eat to avoid stomach issues. Staff very helpful. Good hotel for those on budget."

"Rooms are outdated and very worn and old. The washrooms are quite filthy. Staff is not particularly trained well to greet and handle customers. It is by no way shape or form a 5 star hotel by how it operates, it reminds me more of a two or three star."

"We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view watching the hot air balloons and we sat in the roof area which is where we also had breakfast, having a quiet drink in the evening. We didn’t use the pool due to time but it was spotless clean and well maintained. The hotel manager and his staff were very friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend."
