"Hotel was conveniently located close to shops, restaurant and pharmacy. The staff is very helpful. The staff cleaned but I wish they did more cleaning.I stayed for 7 days and the bathroom was not cleaned in all that time. The shower started to feel slippery . I bought.some disinfectant wipes and cleaned the sink and toilet but after 3 days I think the room needed more than changing sheets and towels."

"Overall the stay was not bad. The hotel has a very centric location, it is new, clean and I appreciated the swimming pool. The check in experience was somewhat disappointing, not because of the front desk, who did a great job with an amazing smile and good customer service, but the fact that the in-room safes and flexible/removeable and not tied to the wall or to any furniture. "el lobby se encuentra en refaccion, y para ir a registrarse, entrar y salir, primero se debe ir al piso 5, luego tomar otros ascensores para las habitaciones, un poco tedioso, pero las habitaciones son excelentes, lo cual compensa. El desayuno es básico, pero funciona. "

Actually because my booking included free continental breakfast my expectation was a bit low but the offerings were excellent especially the fresh fruits offered daily. "We left the same night. There was so much noise. People banging in doors, screaming, going to several floors creating a ruckus. It wasn't dangerous, just annoying. We were tired and the noise went on for an hour before we left. We called the front desk to see if they could stop it. It continued and was constant. "
